Little Court Co - Return & Refund Policy

At Little Court Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Your Consumer Rights:

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Our 30-Day Free Returns Promise (Change of Mind):

• We offer free returns within 30 days from when you receive your order, provided the item is in its original packaging and still in mint condition.
• Conditions for a Free Return (Change of Mind):
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable "mint" condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
    
• Return Shipping for Change of Mind: We provide free return shipping for eligible change of mind returns under our 30-Day Free Returns Promise. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.
• Refund for Change of Mind: Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets the "mint condition" and original packaging criteria, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed for the item's full purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Original shipping costs paid by you at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

• If you have received an item that is faulty, has been damaged in transit (as per our Shipping Policy), or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@littlecourtco.com.au.
• Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
• For items deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer you a choice of a:
  • Full refund (including any original shipping costs);
  • Replacement (if stock is available); or
  • Store credit.
• Return Shipping for Faulty Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact us at hello@littlecourtco.com.au or call 0479091013 to inform us of your intention to return an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product for a change of mind, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Sale Items:

• Sale items can be returned for a store credit only for a change of mind (unless faulty).

7. Processing Time for Returns:

• Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received by us. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
