Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Court Co! We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within two (2) business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • High Volume Periods: Please note that during peak periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping within Australia:

  • We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
  • We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates and the delivery option you select.
    • Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post at checkout and will depend on your location and the shipping service chosen (e.g., Standard Post, Express Post).
    • You will be able to see the estimated delivery timeframe before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us containing your Australia Post tracking number(s).
  • You can track your order directly via the Australia Post website using this tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [Consider: 48 hours/7 days] of delivery at hello@littlecourtco.com.au. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Package Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the timeframe estimated by Australia Post, and your tracking information has not updated, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an inquiry. If you require further assistance after contacting Australia Post, please reach out to us at hello@littlecourtco.com.au with your order number.

5. Incorrect Address:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Little Court Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
